Abstract:
The oil and gas investigations of the secondary turn laid emphasis on the Paleozoic of northern Ordos basin have finally gained important achievements after undergoing persistent effort over ten odd years, discovered successively a batch of large middle scale natural gas fields, formed a new important replaceable region in our country's oil and gas development strategy. This thesis introduces specially some actual application of geomechanics to study fields of looking for oil and gas in Early Paleozoic carbonate rock. The geomechanics based analysises on ancient tectonic system, ancient sedimentary system, ancient landforms system formed by karst, ancient bearing oil and gas system, insisted on the basic standpoints that oil and gas was controlled by tectonic system, pointed out immense resource potentiality for producing oil and gas in the basin's Lower Paleozoic and conditions of forming large middle scale gas gathering zone, and exploration direction. The exploration thinking of the prototype basin played an important role in guiding exploration arrangement and gas field discovery.

Abstract (145) PDF (248KB)(6)
Abstract:
Most of Mesozoic and Cenozoic bearing oil and gas basins are rifting ones in eastern China whose development closely is related with normal faults.Based on the research, this paper reveals the rifting basins and the NE-trending normal fault are mainly compressive or compresso-shear type. They resulted from the combination of tectonic stress with gravity, and the vertical stress is greater than horizontal one in the three-dimensional stress fields.

Abstract (131) PDF (289KB)(7)
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of tectonic evolution, photoelastic experimental modelling is operated on the evolution of Cenozoic tectonic stress field in Huanghua depression. It is considered that there is a dextral rotation from NNE -to NE、NEE trend on the evolution of Cenozoic tectonic stress direction in Huanghua depression. It controls the activity of the faults and the formation of the depression, makes the fault activity transforming from extension in early stage (Kongdian and Shahejie Formation) to strike-slip in later stage(Dongying Formation and after it),facilitates multistage structure superimposed and formed various type traps. All those make an advantage for the hydrocarbon accumulation.

Abstract (146) PDF (289KB)(8)
Abstract:
Oil and gas is fluid ore with major feature of migration. Tectonic activity is closely related with hydrocarbon migration. Stress field is the power of structural deformation and movement, which causes the change of geologic environment, trap conditions and stress state. Basin subsidence, uplift, fracture are geologic trace formed by stress state with different characters. In general, the low stress area surrounded by high stress one is a favor reservoir for oil and gas migration and accumulation. The direction of maximum principal compressive stress is accordance with the direction of oil-gas migration.

Abstract:
Shelf basin of East China Sea, filled with Tertiary oil-bearing strata that is great in thickness, is an important Cenozioc oil-bearing basin in China. With the help of analysing comprehensive well logs, 6 sedimentary systems with 12 sedimentary facies and 13 sedimentary subfacies of the oil-bearing strata is identified. By making a comprehensive research into facies successtions, facies associations, facies differentiation, volumetric partioning, and stacking patterns of strata, the paper subdivides base level cycles of 59~64 short term, 21~29 medium term, and 7~11 long-term, and compare the high resolution sequences with the former seismic sequences.

Abstract (157) PDF (227KB)(5)
Abstract:
The carbonate reservoir of Qiulitage Group between Upper Cambrian and Lower Ordovician is the main reservoir member in this area.It is a suit of local platform sediment. The horizon of the vantage reservoir situated in the member consists of cross bedding of dolomite and limestone and the dolomite member. Because of the influence of sedimentary facies, diagenesis and tectonism, induced porosity, dissolved cavern and fracture are the dominant types of the reservoir space.Especially because of the influence of the action of dissolution and the reconstruct of faults, the carbonate rock of Qiulitage Group had become highclass reservoirs. They are distributed in the south of the Kangtakumu-mazhata structural zone and high yield commercial gas had been achieved in them.

Abstract (162) PDF (241KB)(7)
Abstract:
Cenozoic East Sag of Liaohe Basin consists of double structure and is a fault-depression basin with extending and strike-slipping.There is different tectonic effects in different periods that is to say extension predominated in the early and strike-slip in the late through the research about the geometric, kinematics and dynamics of the basin.Fault depression is composed of different-type half-grabens. Structural style evolution sequence is from non-tilting half-graben to tilting half-graben,structure styles in the early of fault depression, rollover half-graben and half-graben and ramp-sag are in the middle, and half graben and ramp-sag and strike-slipping half-graben in the late.Depression (From N g to now) is the style in the period of Cenozoic rift basin shrinking. The research of different period structure style reproduces actually the history of structure styles evolution. At the same time,it is a precondition of petroleum system about oil pool formation processing.

Abstract (131) PDF (201KB)(6)
Abstract:
Generating and ejecting hydrocarbon history of the research area is simulated on the basis of buried and thermal history. The simulation of generating and ejecting hydrocarbon history is the effective means to forecast the oil and gas potential. The generating hydrocarbon intensity cneter is Niuju-Qinglongtai depression, showing the there were generating hydrocarbon center in northern section of the East Sag that is the basis of petroleum systems. There are three set of hydrocarbon rocks i.e.Shasan,Shayi and Dongying Members. The high peak of the hydrocarbon ejecting qualities of all periods was reached at the end of Dongying Member deposition, reflecting the significant influence of dextral strike-slipping movement at the end of the period, which is the stronger evidence of oil and gas episode asembling. The center of ejecting hydrocarbon intensity is located in Niuju-Qinglongtai depression and hydrocarbon assembled dispersedly to the side laterally,so besides Niuju-Qinglongtai structural belt,Ciyutuo high rampart belt and eastern steep slope belt are also advantageous position of hydrocarbon assembling. The qualities of hydrocarbon ejecting were maximum at the end of Dongying Member deposition, account for 35.87% of oil ejecting,90.2% of gas ejecting,Shasan Member was the second, which demonstrated there are two critical moment of the petroleum systems in the area.
