Recently, according to an email notification from Peking University Library, based on the principles and methods of bibliometrics, through the retrieval, statistics, and analysis of relevant literature by researchers, as well as expert reviews, the "Journal of Geomechanics" has been included in the "Overview of Chinese Core Journals" 2023 edition (10th edition) under the category of "Geology" as a core journal. This is the third time the journal has been included in the "Overview of Chinese Core Journals" since 2014.
