摘要: 为了弘扬李四光的学术思想,本文回顾了李老"安全岛"学术思想的创立过程,简单介绍了在工程实践中,从"安全岛和稳定地块"到区域地壳稳定性评价的发展过程,并结合作者多年的研究积累,归纳了区域地壳稳定性评价的主要因素和技术方法。最后重点提出了,加强和发展李四光"安全岛"思想应当特别重视的几个大问题,以便共同为该向领域的研究更加走向成熟。

Abstract: In order to develop Li Siguang's academic thoughts,this paper reviews the creation process of Li Siguang's "safety island" thought,briefly introduces the development process of the thought from "safety islands and stable masses" to "regional crustal stability" and summarizes the main factors and methods for regional crustal stability evaluation.Finally the paper present several major problems for strengthening and developing his "safety island" thought.Great attention should be paid to these problems,so the study of this field may become more mature.
